This spring, for our first camping trip of the year, we stayed at Birch Bay, Washington, which is very close to the Canadian border. I don’t think I would camp there again but it was a nice experience and I’m glad we went.

During our stay, we went to the beach a lot and watched the sunset. It had a really pretty view and we even biked along the beach for a while to watch the sunset.

Like I had previously said, I don’t think I would want to go back to that campground. There weren’t many people around during our stay and it was a little basic but it was a nice experience and I liked how close it was to the beach.

Whatcom Falls Park

One of my favourite parts of this trip was biking at Whatcom Falls Park in Bellingham. There were lots of things to see and we even saw a snake! I would definitely do it again.

Overall it was a pretty enjoyable trip, and me and my mom did some shopping which is always super fun and it was an overall nice experience.
